Nice and simple construction kit to build your own Meijer Holland KM8 small bale clamp!

Everything is included, and a few extra small parts are included, with the exception of the paint 

The clamp is suitable for all AT-Collections wheel loaders. Using various coupling plates, the clamp can easily be adapted to fit different other brands of front loaders, telehandlers, and shovels. Please refer to the Quick-Change Hooks & Coupling Plates section for this (note: these are not included as standard!).

Short description:

1. Sand smooth all printing imperfections with a file or sandpaper/sanding pad.
2. Mount the axles with hooks in the main frame in the correct order using the small blocks; these are in numbered bags. The order is from the front view, so as seen from the tractor or shovel. (File the corners of the blocks that fit into the frame slightly round so they fit together a bit nicer.) Place the axle in the cups, press the blocks onto it, and only then glue them in place; otherwise, there is a risk that the axle will seize up. It is not a big problem if there is glue on the underside of the frame, as you will need to sand it afterwards. (step 3)
3. Once you have mounted all the axles, carefully sand the protruding blocks flush with the main frame.
4. Now mount the guide bar to all strips of the shafts using the supplied Ø0.6mm nails; cut them to length. (Cut off the heads)
5. Spray everything in the right color.
6. Mount the cylinder and the loose bushing onto the frame using the Ø0.6 nail again.
7. Cut the supplied Ø0.7mm nickel rod to length, glue it into the loose bushing, and slide it into the cylinder.
8. Cut the hydraulic hoses to the correct length and glue them to the cylinder.

Tip: If you want to attach "male" or "female" couplings to the hose, drill a small hole of approx. Ø0.6/0.7mm in the back of the coupling and then glue the small hose into the coupling; this will ensure it stays more securely in place.

Cut out the decals, hold them in a bowl of lukewarm water to loosen the paper from the sticker, and then use tweezers to stick the stickers in the desired spot. Go over them with a wet cotton swab to slide it into the correct position, and the clamp is ready!
