RARE ERTL New Holland 9882 4WD Tractor Triple Wheels Collector's Edition – 1:32 Scale Boxed

🚜 A BIG OLD-SCHOOL ERTL – AND WHAT A BEAST!

Now this is a cracking piece of 1990s ERTL – the mighty New Holland 9882 4WD, complete with triple wheels and produced as part of ERTL's Collector's Edition range.

Representing the huge 82 Series Versatile-built New Holland tractors, this 1:32 scale model has some serious presence. With its articulated 4WD design, enormous triple-wheel setup and unmistakable New Holland blue finish, it certainly stands out amongst more conventional tractors in a collection.

Produced by ERTL in the 1990s, this is now an obsolete collector's model and exactly the sort of older farm model that's becoming increasingly interesting to collectors.

🔵 Triple Wheels – All 12 of Them!

It's those triple wheels that really make this model.

With three wheels on each corner, the 9882 has an absolutely massive stance and perfectly captures the appearance of these big articulated tractors working on large-scale farms.

Add the articulated centre section, substantial die-cast construction and classic New Holland graphics and you've got a model that looks fantastic displayed on its own or alongside a suitably large period implement.

🌾 82 Series Versatile Heritage

The full-size New Holland 9882 came from the Versatile lineage of large articulated 4WD tractors.

These were serious high-horsepower machines designed for heavy cultivation and large-scale field work, and the 9882 sat right at the top end of New Holland's tractor range during this period.

ERTL's model captures that big North American tractor character brilliantly.

ERTL Collector's Edition

This wasn't simply another everyday ERTL release.

The model was marketed as a Collector's Edition, making a nice boxed example particularly appealing today to collectors of older ERTL, New Holland and Versatile machinery.

It's also a proper heavyweight die-cast model from an era when ERTL produced some fantastic large 1:32 scale tractors.
