This is the Universal Hobbies UH2209 CLAAS Celtis 446 Tractor, produced in highly detailed 1:32 scale and presented in the distinctive early Country Series packaging.

The Celtis 446 is finished in the classic CLAAS green, red and grey livery and represents a great era of CLAAS tractors that is becoming increasingly popular with collectors.

What makes this particular example especially interesting is the early 1st Country box, rather than one of the later Universal Hobbies packaging styles.
