A fantastic opportunity to own one of the most impressive older Universal Hobbies farm models – the CLAAS Cougar 1400 Self-Propelled Mower in 1:32 scale.
Originally released around 2005/2006, the UH2606 CLAAS Cougar remained in the Universal Hobbies range for several years before being discontinued and is now long obsolete.
This was an exceptionally detailed model for its time, constructed from almost 300 parts and featuring five folding mower units, detailed hydraulic pipework, metal body and chassis, working wheels and a cab capable of rotating through 180 degrees.
These large CLAAS Cougars have become highly sought-after collector's models and are increasingly difficult to find.
This example is second-hand and was recently purchased by Udimore Tractor Shop as part of a model collection.
